One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Robotics org out of the Boston, MA office. Role is 100% onsite in Boston.

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. You will solve problems and design solutions for our network while maintaining and updating internal documentation for training and reference. You will execute disposition strategies for excess and obsolete inventory, specializing on the return side.

Responsibilities
• Identify ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Solve problems and design solutions for the network.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.
• Execute disposition strategies for excess and obsolete inventory, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Non-conformance reports (NCR).

Essential Skills
• Experience in Oracle ERP/Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.
• Client/Direct Supplier facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, or Operations discipline.
• Strong math, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyst work or focus in higher education.
• Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Prior experience in supply chain management, specifically in an inventory management role.
• Experience with RTV shipments and SLA turnaround time.

Work Environment

The business group operates within the Robotics/Procurement Org. The GA Procurement team leads the supply and inventory management of a portfolio, including electronic components, mechanical hardware, and assemblies from global partners supporting manufacturing, engineering projects, and deployments. The role follows a fully onsite work schedule with working hours from 9am-5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
