We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to build a structured data collection system across departments and create real-time, visually intuitive business reporting that enables data-driven decision-making and seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a structured system to collect and centralize business data from finance, operations, customer service, sales, and marketing.
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and financial forecasting.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in financial processes, customer engagement, and workforce management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency, implementing automation where necessary.
Collaborate with department heads to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Support financial and strategic planning efforts by providing accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Experience in data structuring, pipeline management, and automation.
Knowledge of financial metrics, revenue forecasting, and expense optimization.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Skills

Experience in multi-location business models and marketplace analytics.
Knowledge of AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with HubSpot, QuickBooks, or ERP systems for integrated data tracking.
Experience in data governance and compliance best practices.
