What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Analyst?

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Type: W2 Contract (7 Months)

Location: North Reading, MA 01864

Schedule: M – F (40 hours / week)

Pay Rate: $26 – 28 / hour, DOE

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and supply-demand balancing for end-of-life programs.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and metering center teams to ensure supply-demand readiness.
• Monitor and communicate sales order status to stakeholders using internal data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer ticket issues and escalations.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.
• Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies to improve operations.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee the product lifecycle for multiple parts and communicate status to customers using Agile PLM.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling and analysis.
• Experience in analyst roles or a related academic focus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Agile PLM and Oracle EBS.
• Experience in hardware spares and commodities management.
