Our client, a leading Financial firm, is seeking a Sr SQL Developer to join their team. As a Sr SQL Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr SQL Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Required to work 3 days from Charlotte office - 300 S Brevard St)
Pay Range: $74
What's the Job?
• Support the development of web applications and transactional databases.
• Collaborate with service and UI developers to successfully deliver functionality.
• Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, complex stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
• Perform performance tuning of SQL queries to enhance application efficiency.
• Engage in Agile development practices to streamline project workflows.
What's Needed?
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
• 7+ years of experience in developing database objects.
• 5+ years of experience in performance tuning of SQL queries.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile development methodologies.
