

SQL Lead
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SQL Lead in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
• SQL Lead will design, code, test and implement changes to existing or new application software and associated components with minimal assistance or direction
• Follow all Application Systems Design and Development Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures
• Ensure that proper unit level testing is performed with proper documentation created and maintained with the rest of the related artifacts
• Participate in Inspections and reviews as assigned by MIS management
• Work with team members, or independently to resolve production problems
• Provide production support for batch and on-line environments
• Assist in capturing business requirements for application development, enhancement or modification
• Prepare programming time estimates
• Achieve project goals and deliverables within prescribed timeframes
• As a SQL Lead, you will maintain project scope on all assignments
• Inform management of any critical issues affecting project deliverables or scope in a timely manner
• Maintain current and correct documentation for all reports and software generated reporting supported by unit
• Ensure all programming, design, production control, data validation and quality control standards are met
• Perform peer reviews of co-workers' program code and program/project outputs as assigned by Manager, Application Systems Design and Development
• Prepare effective written and oral reports, and presentations as requested
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent working with information technology
• Minimum 6 years of programming, design and analysis experience using the following: .Net Development, Vb or C#; SQL Server 2012 to 2016, Azure; Writing stored procedures, triggers, and functions; Developing relational data models; SSIS/SSRS
• Minimum 5-years of experience in Managed Care and/or Indemnity Insurance
• Candidates should have experience following SDLC procedures
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
