Responsibilities

Kforce is looking for a Senior MDM Engineer in Louisville, KY. Essential Functions
• Receives researches, troubleshoots incoming requests, and prioritizes accordingly
• Resolves moderate requests, such as application password overrides, access and user rights issues
• Responds to requests and escalates appropriate requests to IT support groups
• Tracks and records client information and resolution of problems
• Deploy software to MDM environment
• Ability to leverage APIs to automate MDM admin tasks
• Will remain up to date with all new upgrades, system enhancements and changes at all times to ensure effective solutions are given to our end users
• Ensure proper testing is conducted prior to any change to production infrastructure
• Provides remote support to end users
• Responsible for all Severity 1 & Severity 2 Incidents Resolution, its RCA analysis and reporting
• Responsible for Problem Management in MMD Environment
• Responsible for Major Change activities in MDM Environment Upgrade
• Responsible for advanced Device Management activities, which include setting Android/iOS devices in a Supervised Kiosk Mode
• Bulk User Enrollment, Shared Device management, BYOD configuration and Compliance Setup
• Responsible for Advanced troubleshooting in all Platform related issues from iOS, Android, Windows
• Responsible for Advanced Mobile Application Management configuration and troubleshooting which includes App whitelisting/blacklisting, containerization setup, configuring application policies, SSO and encryption
• Responsible for Advanced Mobile Content Management Features configuration and troubleshooting which includes Content types setup, Content Policies enforcement, DLP,logging, etc
• Write and Develop Policies and Procedures for devices in MDM environment
• Write and Develop training information for end users and service desk to ensure best practices are being followed and proper support resolution

Requirements
• 10+ years of related IT experience
• Advanced troubleshooting of Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure
• Planned, Developed, and Implemented a new MDM environment from the ground up
• Networking background is a plus
• Broad knowledge of troubleshooting procedures and good analytic skills are needed
• Ability to work in a high volume environment
• Good customer service and communication skills

Technical Requirements
• (Airwatch/MobileIron/MaaS360/Xenmobile/Intune) in a large enterprise environments which includes Installation, Configuration and advanced troubleshooting of the mobility Infrastructure
• Hands on Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting an enterprise Mobility infrastructure in an Enterprise environment >20,000 devices
• Knowledge on Wireless Networking, Active Sync, Certificate Services, LDAP Services, Network Access Control is essential
• Hands on Experience in setting and managing Containerized Services for Mobile services
• Hands on experience of publishing applications over a secure channel
• Hands on experience of VPN clients and settings
• Knowledge of Various Device Monitoring, Management, Reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AZURE and Office 365 environment's and how to integrate these infrastructure elements to our MDM

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
