Senior Manager, Data Migration BA
Could you be a good fit? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Data Migration Business Analyst to join the team of our exceptional client for a contract opportunity in Houston, TX.
What will your day look like? As a Senior Manager, Data Migration Business Analyst, you will:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and document data migration requirements while analyzing existing data sources and processes for alignment with Endur.
• Create detailed data mapping documentation to ensure data consistency and integrity during migration while working closely with technical teams on extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for data validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance to maintain high-quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on data migration goals and provide ongoing updates and progress reports to project leadership.
• Maintain thorough documentation of data migration activities, test results, and issue resolution processes.
You will be a good fit as a Senior Manager, Data Migration Business Analyst if you have:
• Proven expertise in data migration projects, especially in the energy trading and risk management (ETRM) domain.
• Knowledge of Endur systems, including data models, integration requirements, and processes.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex migration efforts using ETL tools and techniques, along with proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with energy trading processes like risk analysis, trading, and settlements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Hands-on experience with greenfield Endur implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integration methodologies.
• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines is a plus.
