Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Financial Data Analyst for an immediate 3-month contract opportunity in Orange County, California. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your expertise in Power BI, advanced data analysis, and metric development to support strategic decision-making for the organization. Candidates with a strong history of collaborating with leadership teams will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement innovative KPIs, metrics, and strategic focus areas to drive business insights.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
• Perform comprehensive financial data analysis to guide key business decisions.

Requirements:
