Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Visualization:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insightful data visualizations.

Data Management:

Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for analytics and reporting purposes.

Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance.

Machine Learning Engineering:

Implement machine learning models to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML solutions into production workflows.

Monitor and maintain machine learning models for performance and accuracy.

Scripting & Automation:

Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for data processing and automation.

Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data lakes and warehouses.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data analytics and engineering.

Lead project initiatives from conception through implementation and post-deployment evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology/data science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Strong experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, and related technologies.

Understanding and experience in machine learning principles and techniques.

Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications related to data analytics, Azure, or machine learning (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Tableau Certification).

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
