Position Title: Resource Business Analyst

Location: Raymond, OH.

Support business and product development data management, visualization, and analysis.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard creation.
• SQL Query/ETL (intermediate skill is OK, ex: data load, joins, CTE, indexing)
• Experience in general database design, including tables, relationships, structures, and security.
• Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and be flexible in approaches.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and effectively communicate progress to management.
• Ability to create and maintain schedule of own work (project management).
• Ability to make summary PowerPoint presentations explaining deliverable activity and progress.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and enhance data visualization and analysis tools to meet end user requirements.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ensure data integrity and governance by creating or maintaining a data library.
• Support transition of Excel-based data and business process to SQL environments
• Provide basic user training and support for dashboards, ex: quick start guides for deployed dashboards.
• Develop prototype applications/processes where there may be ambiguity in requirements or end product needs.
