Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities:
• The Reporting Analyst will create and manage data dashboards for internal clients, each with unique reporting needs
• Gather and consolidate file transfer data from standalone databases connected to Sentinel for dashboard creation
• Use SQL for querying, data consolidation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their data requirements and deliver insights through customized dashboards
• As a Reporting Analyst, you will ensure all reporting and data handling adheres to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and optimize data flow
Requirements
• SQL: Expertise in writing and optimizing queries, data manipulation, and performing ETL tasks
• Sentinel: Experience with Axway Sentinel reporting tool, or familiarity with similar tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Fundamental Table Structure Knowledge: Understanding of database schema, table relationships, and how to structure data for reporting
• MFT (Managed File Transfer): Familiarity with MFT concepts is a plus but not required
• Experience working with large datasets in a regulated industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams remotely
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
