Job Title: Quadient Developer

Location- Cary, NC

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quadient Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire or other Quadient products. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing customer-facing document solutions, integrating systems, and automating communication workflows to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Communication Templates: Create and maintain document templates for customer-facing communications, such as invoices, statements, letters, and marketing materials using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Integration and Automation: Develop integrations between Quadient software and various enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and databases) to automate and streamline customer communication processes. Use APIs, web services, and other integration tools as needed.
• Document Workflow Optimization: Automate and optimize workflows for document generation, approval, and distribution, ensuring timely and personalized communication for customers.
• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Quadient solution, troubleshoot issues related to document generation, formatting, or delivery, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct thorough testing of documents and workflows, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure all templates and workflows meet business and technical requirements.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track communication effectiveness and ensure that documents meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and improve the customer communication process.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users within the organization on how to use Quadient software solutions effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Quadient Inspire: Solid experience working with Quadient Inspire suite of products, including Inspire Designer, Inspire Print, and Inspire Interactive.
• Programming Knowledge: Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JavaScript for document design, customization, and automation.
• Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM): Hands-on experience with CCM solutions, particularly in a document automation environment.
• Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Quadient software with external systems, databases, and APIs. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with relational databases and understanding data structures for effective template design and data integration.
• Problem-Solving and Debugging: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to document formatting, system performance, or integration.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to document design and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of Additional CCM Tools: Familiarity with other CCM platforms such as OpenText or Quadient’s other solutions could be beneficial.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and working with cloud-based document generation and storage solutions.
• Scripting Skills: Additional scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and workflows.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Quadient products or customer communication management are a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quadient development or related customer communication management (CCM) technologies.
• Experience working in enterprise environments managing high-volume customer communications is highly preferred.

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
