Palantir Developer – Downtown Houston
Palantir Developer for a client in downtown Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data analytics solutions using Palantir's software platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy data analytics solutions using Palantir's software platform.
• Implement large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
• Leverage automation, cognitive, and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions.
• Maintain data ecosystems, source analytics expertise, and provide As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Palantir development.
• Enable write-back capability with Workshop Actions/Scenarios.
• Develop front-end website architecture based on Palantir Foundry.
• Design user interactions on web pages within Palantir Foundry Workshop.
• Ensure responsiveness of web applications developed on low-code/no-code solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Palantir releases and best practices.
Qualifications – Required:
• 6+ years of experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and data visualizations.
• 1+ years of experience in building Ontology objects in Foundry.
• 1+ years of experience with Ontology concepts and how they facilitate data flow through Foundry applications and permissions.
• 1+ years of experience configuring Ontology objects using backing datasets and permissions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as PySpark, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to work in Houston.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
