Middle-to-Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Senior IT Business Analyst to work onsite at the client's location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities:
• Work onsite at the customer’s location in New York.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for custodian financial system onboarding, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with onshore & offshore developers, QA, and project managers to define workflows, API integration processes, and transaction reconciliation logic.
• Design and refine GUI requirements for transaction monitoring, error handling, and reporting functionalities.
• Support testing phases by validating system functionality, identifying gaps, and ensuring business objectives are met.
• Maintain static data and rule-based configurations for Forex transactions while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology or related field.
• Accounting & Financial Services experience is required; experience in custodian systems is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in business analyst role demonstrating proven expertise translating business requirements into technical requirements for IT-based projects.
• Proficiency in English is required. Vietnamese and Japanese are nice to have.
• Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL query
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
