Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an ETL Developer - AWS. Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining ETL pipelines with large data sets using services such as AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis or Kafka, CloudWatch
• Write SQL queries and perform tuning in AWS Redshift and other industry leading RDMS such MS SQL Server, Postgres
• Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems

Requirements
• Strong Python development experience with proficiency in Spark or PySpark and in using APIs
• Proficient working with AWS Services such as AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, Step functions, SNS, SQS, S3 and MI models
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning AMIs and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
• Familiar with how IAM Roles and Policies work

Preferred Skills
• Familiar with infrastructure coding such as Cloud Formation
• Worked in CI/CD pipeline and agile methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
