Job Description:
• DevOps Platform Engineer with AWS

Position Overview:
• As a Technology Strategy Tech Lead, candidate will be a hands-on developer in building a business-led technology platform for application development.
• We need your help in identifying technology dependencies, building helm charts and terraform templates, and testing code for production deployments.
• If you have experience with automating and deploying resilient AWS Cloud Infrastructure environments and are comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!

• Client’s team is creating a path to enable DevOps at scale with advanced Infrastructure as Code automation.
• We will be enabling standardization and scalability for cloud environments that align with business needs.
• Client is responsible for identifying new opportunities to advance technology, coordinating stakeholder requirements, ensuring adherence to technical controls, communicating impact, and delivering cloud infrastructure that satisfies the business needs.

Candidate’s Impact:
• Bring your experience to the team and contribute to the development of modern cloud infrastructure
• Develop advanced cloud infrastructure patterns through a combined use of Terraform, Helm Charts, and/or Cloud Formation Templates as required
• Develop templates for cloud infrastructure that can be consumed by business application teams that simplifies the coding knowledge required for infrastructure automation
• Test the designed components for production usage at scale
• Ensure that all delivered capabilities align with business objectives
• Partner with internal collaborators and develop relationships

Qualifications:
• 8plus years of relevant development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure design
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of observability and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
