Dev Ops Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer FOR $50-$58 AN HOUR for a 6 month ongoing contract LOCAL TO NEW HAVEN, CT and can come on-site when needed with expertise in Ansible to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain and enhance configuration management processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and automation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
