

Database Analyst
Salary: $42.75 to $49.50 hourly
Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Database Analyst in Tarrytown, New York, United States. The Database Analyst will be an integral part of our team, focusing on enhancing productivity across the organization through the development of reporting tools and dashboards. This role involves collaboration with various teams to understand their reporting needs and requirements, driving compliance and quality of reports, as well as translating complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various teams to understand and gather their reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to enhance productivity across the organization.
• Ensure the timely delivery of reports and dashboards, while maintaining their quality and consistency.
• Analyze performance data against set parameters and provide insights.
• Record and address issues affecting productivity, working closely with department heads to find solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to different stakeholders.
• Implement and manage CRM and Database Systems.
• Utilize Microsoft and AB Testing skills to drive data analysis and business intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with all data-related procedures and policies.
• Use Backup Technologies to safeguard data.
Requirements
• Proficiency in CRM management and optimization
• Familiarity with database objects and related system structures
• Experience in handling DB2 Database
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
• Knowledge of AB Testing principles and methodologies
• Ability to use backup technologies for database protection and recovery
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques
• Skill in creating dashboards for data visualization and interpretation
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
