About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Solutions Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities by leveraging internal and external data assets. This role plays a key part in driving business insights, understanding member needs, and optimizing decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage data pipelines to support Data Science and analytical models.
Design and implement serverless solutions for scalability and efficiency.
Oversee DevOps and orchestration for data marts and workflows.
Monitor, secure, and track data usage to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to build reliable API services.
Maintain a small reporting layer for monitoring model performance.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:Education:

Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field OR
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Experience & Skills:

3+ years designing, developing, and implementing Data Science solutions
Expertise in SQL (Oracle, Microsoft preferred) and Python
Experience with Big Data technologies (PySpark, Airflow)
Strong understanding of data streaming, preparation, and analysis
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Experience working in a Linux environment
Exposure to Kubernetes (preferred)
Financial services experience (preferred)
