Data Scientist
Overview:Seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist to work in an Azure environment, analyzing power industry data with a focus on forecasting and optimization. This role requires expertise in data analytics, advanced machine learning models, and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities:
Develop and apply ML models for load forecasting and optimization in energy markets.
Analyze granular power industry data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Implement version control for efficient and collaborative code management.
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot data interactions with applications and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
Experience with Azure Machine Learning and advanced ML algorithms.
Proficiency in Neural Prophet (or similar forecasting tools).
Strong data analytics and predictive modeling skills.
Strong Python experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
