

Data Modeler (Columbus OH)
Our client, a leader in the cybersecurity industry, is seeking a Data Modeler to join their team. As a Data Modeler, you will be part of the Cyber Data Management department supporting critical data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovative problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Modeler
Location: Columbus, Ohio ( 5 days onsite)
Pay Range: Competitive- W2 ONLY
What's the Job?
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive data models to support data management objectives.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop secure and reliable data transmission and storage solutions.
• Analyze and translate business needs into long-term data model solutions.
• Evaluate and improve existing data structures to enhance data value and identify targets for risk reduction.
• Work with cybersecurity analysts to integrate security measures into data models.
What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data modeling, data architecture, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of database structure principles and data modeling standards.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as Excel, Visio, MySQL, Python, Oracle, Big Query, Talend, Power BI, and Axonius.
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
