Our client, a leader in data management solutions, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the data governance department supporting various analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Management Analyst

Pay Range: $75

What's the Job?
• Conduct complex data analysis, integration, and mapping.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document data flows/process flows.
• Manage data lineage, metadata, and ensure data governance compliance.
• Coordinate and manage work efforts, assessing and improving current processes.
• Write business requirements as JIRA stories in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments.

What's Needed?
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and data governance.
• Strong foundational RDBMS expertise and SQL writing experience (joins, unions, etc.).
• Proven ability to perform data profiling and analytics.
• Experience in data control governance and remediation of data defects/issues.
• Self-starter with a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle.
