Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement scalable data models using Erwin to meet business requirements.
· Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts and Oracle-based solutions.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data architectures.
· Lead the development of data pipelines, integration, and migration strategies.
· Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
· Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
· Provide technical leadership in adopting best practices for data architecture in the telecom domain.
· This is a hands-on role requiring active participation in data modeling, coding, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and analytics.
· Proficiency in Erwin, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Python.
· Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from complex datasets.
· Expertise in database design, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
· Familiarity with telecom-specific data systems is highly preferred.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
· Knowledge of big data technologies and tools like Hadoop or Spark.
· Telecom domain certifications or relevant project experience.
