Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements related to Cisco's sales, booking, and order management domains.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex data integration projects utilizing Snowflake, Java, and MuleSoft technologies.
• Define and develop data models to support business processes and enhance data quality.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of data integration solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration and management.
• Document processes, data flows, and integration methodologies for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, specifically with Cisco's sales, booking, and order management domains.
• Strong expertise in data integration technologies, particularly Snowflake, Java, and MuleSoft.
• Demonstrated ability to define and develop data models that meet business needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
