Overview:

Airswift is seeking a Data Analyst III to play a pivotal role in building real-time, actionable analytics tools that bring unparalleled transparency to transportation costs. Working closely with the Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll optimize Power BI dashboards and streamline business processes to drive consistent, meaningful insights for our global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve business processes for assigned commercial functions and stakeholders, ensuring long-term optimization and sustainability.
• Execute exception reporting, perform root cause analyses, and monitor supply chain and transportation logistics to drive process improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams within the Logistics Transparency Program by providing analytics, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Enhance reporting metrics, including target comparisons, benchmarking, carrier performance, and other logistics-related KPIs.
• Assist in the design and implementation of special projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to execute SAP system changes that meet evolving transportation logistics needs.
• Build consensus with global business process owners to advance process improvements.
• Communicate project status updates to the SME, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities.
• Balance deliverables and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, or a business-related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and interact with diverse stakeholders across functional areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to recommending and implementing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in analytics or related fields.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, MS SQL Server, DAX, or Power Query.
• Familiarity with SAP SD module, SAP S/4 HANA, or similar platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial, Procurement, Transportation, or Logistics.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas logistics or transportation industry.
