Description

We are looking for a meticulous Data Analyst to join our team for a client in Mississippi. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the integrity of employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The position involves collaboration with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes, implement system upgrades, and provide technical guidance and support to users. Furthermore, the role requires data analysis to generate reports and insights that will aid strategic HR decisions and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
• Maintain optimal functionality of the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to HRIS users.
• Manage system operations such as permissions, access, personalization, and similar settings for HRIS users.
• Develop custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Compile complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
• Act as a representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance of the system with data security and privacy requirements.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
• Assist with testing scenarios to maintain the integrity of security, business processes, and eligibility rules as updates and new releases are made available.
• Create and maintain complex conditioning rules and eligibility requirements to streamline business processes.
