

Customer Service Representative
Salary: $16.15 to $17.00 hourly
Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in OKC, Oklahoma. The selected candidate will function as a specialist in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining commercial property data. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be expected to manage documents, interact proactively with municipal contacts, and ensure that all information in the database is up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research of online resources to gather documents and information
• Utilize online tools to identify commercial properties, associated municipal jurisdictions, and relevant property details
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts to facilitate the acquisition of necessary documents
• Ensure all data is accurate, making updates as necessary for the maintenance of precise records
• Handle and manage documents with care, following management's advised processes
• Monitor timelines and requests closely to ensure timely processing and meeting of production targets
• Maintain an accurate record of site cost transactions and notes
• Manage customer inquiries via email and maintain an effective email workload
• Utilize the database for information entry and note-taking, ensuring data accuracy and updates
• Coordinate mailings through FedEx as required
• Contribute to team workload management as a team member when necessary

• Participating in all phases of the software development cycle
• Continuously improving software engineering practices within the team
• Maintaining a high standard of work quality and encouraging others to do the same
Requirements
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of detail-oriented experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in programming with C# - Sharp.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies is a plus.
