Key Responsibilities:

MicroStrategy Development: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MicroStrategy tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex business data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Performance Optimization: Optimize MicroStrategy applications for high performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective BI solutions.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MicroStrategy reports and applications.

Security & Governance: Ensure data security and governance standards are maintained within the BI environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy architecture, design, and development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, Architect, and Administrator.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL queries.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization in MicroStrategy.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the retail or consumer goods industry.
