Business Analyst

Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in various data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Duties

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize data findings.
Utilize Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows.
Assist in the development and implementation of solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Support data integration efforts using tools like Talend.
Employ programming skills in Python and VBA for automation of repetitive tasks and data manipulation.
Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and VBA is highly desirable.
Experience with SDLC methodologies is preferred.
Knowledge of server management concepts is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
