

Business Analyst (Florida Administrative Code)
Job Overview:
The business analyst is part of a full lifecycle development team, responsible for business and systems analysis across multiple business units. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well-documented and met. Oversee development activities and work with the team to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of business/systems analysis experience and software development projects required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
Experience with Microsoft DevOps highly desired
Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code highly desired
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) highly desired
Experience directing and managing project resources highly desired
Experience with COTS product configuration and customization highly desired
Experience with data migration highly desired
Knowledge of change and release management highly desired
Experience with Microsoft Power BI highly desired
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, and process modeling. Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw required.
System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using various modeling methodologies and techniques.
Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
Project Management: Familiarity with State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1 and ability to apply PMBOK principles and techniques.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or other related field is required.

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
