Summary
As a Business Analyst at Career Crusher Consulting, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable insights. This position is vital for enhancing our consulting services and ensuring our clients achieve their objectives.
Role Requirements: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree. Must have at least three (3) years of documented business analyst experience. Must have documented experience with the Department of Defense
Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or comparable regulation. Must demonstrate strong written andverbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI to visualize data trends and insights.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices within the team.
Document processes, workflows, and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the implementation of SDLC methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within a consulting environment.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
