Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Tallahassee, FL. Responsibilities:
• Business Analyst will research and understand the business processes and their inter-relationships
• Research and understand the company's Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) system
• Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Coordinate and lead the activities of the development team
• Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and other documents in support of the Identity Administration and Governance solution
• As a Business Analyst, you will coordinate data migration and development teams
• Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements
• Develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases
• Coordinate and oversee the User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing
• Track bugs and backlog items using Microsoft DevOps
• Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team
• Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards

Requirements
• Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques
• Knowledge of State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1
• Ability to apply principles and techniques in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
• Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw
• Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques
• Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders

Additional
• Advanced skills with Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Project
• Ability to relate to stakeholders' needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff
• Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others
• Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
