Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 or 9-6
Top Skills:
• Splunk Dashboard creation/manipulation/configuration (client to server, agents, troubleshooting, etc.)
• JavaScript/SQL
• Unix/Linux/Windows (60/40 Unix)
• Dynatrace
Desired Skills:
• Dynatrace
• Splunk Enterprise including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging of the tool for analytical and alerting capabilities
• Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as – Tivoli, Microfocus BPM, Sitescope, Dynatrace, Catchpoint etc.
• Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc. - Proven experience in programming languages (Java and/or .NET)
• Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring - Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
• An excellent communicator, able to network and influence across multiple levels is required of this role
• A self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills
• A strategic thinker who can link business context to technical reality .
