Job Title- Azure Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager
Location- Lawrenceville, GA 30046

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure or cloud migration projects, particularly moving from on-premise to Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity Management (Azure Active Directory), and Security (Azure Firewall, NSG).

Experience with Azure migration tools, including Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Resource Manager.

Solid understanding of cloud cost management, performance optimization, and utilizing Azure’s pricing models (e.g., Reserved Instances, Pay-As-You-Go).

Proven track record in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with an ability to apply them as appropriate for the project.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations across different levels of the organization.

Strong leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse resources.

Experience in data migration, cloud security, and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity during and after migration.

Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) and experience ensuring adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.

Experience with change management, including training and guiding teams through transitions to new technologies.

Experience in infrastructure domains such as IT infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, telecom networks, Core Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Servers and Applications).

Certifications:
PMP or similar certification.
MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Migrate
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
