As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze use cases and requirements, building and integrating infrastructure solutions to run systems of microservices within a secure and scalable environment.
• Demonstrate experience in delivering complex infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Automate infrastructure deployments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the seamless integration of infrastructure with applications.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, following lean and agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to standard practices across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery through definition and build phases.
• Prioritize tasks based on direction from managers and business requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide specialized advice to senior management on technical challenges and best practices.
• Design and implement solutions for the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Contribute to the adoption of software delivery tools to accelerate growth and improve system reliability.
• Suggest improvements to existing architecture for optimization in terms of performance, scalability, and security.
• Support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies for future deployments and improved system efficiencies.
• Continuously enhance and maintain the CI/CD software pipeline to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Identify areas of improvement in configuration and design to increase system reliability and performance.
• Assist in all project phases, including functional requirements, technical design, development, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Engage with business partners to capture requirements and deliver the best automation solutions.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and resilience.
• Leverage deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure to create secure, optimized, and scalable solutions.

Skills & Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise with tools and technologies such as Terraform, Unix, Jenkins, JIRA, ADO, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services, from core features to security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Jenkins, and automation scripting for deployment and monitoring.
• In-depth experience with Kubernetes (EKS, Istio, Calico), containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and proficiency in CI/CD practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and implementation.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS SysOps Administrator, or AWS DevOps Engineer are highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, and optimizing cloud workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Advanced understanding of automated application builds, deployments, and configuration management.
• Ability to define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems to ensure operational reliability and security.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and building robust infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
