Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive advanced data solutions, business planning, and predictive modeling through the Anaplan platform. This role focuses on designing and developing Anaplan models to solve business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Anaplan solutions align with business objectives, leveraging your expertise in analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Anaplan models for business planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan model designs.
• Use advanced analytical algorithms and technologies (e.g., machine learning, artificial intelligence) to analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
• Build predictive models and simulation scenarios within Anaplan to support smarter business decisions and improve operational performance.
• Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, and integration from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis.
• Visualize data and provide actionable insights to business leaders through user-friendly dashboards and reports within Anaplan.
• Assess the feasibility of AI/ML solutions for improving business planning and resource management.
• Work closely with the product team and business partners to enhance Anaplan solutions and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Research and implement new technologies and tools to expand Anaplan capabilities and meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business planning, data analytics, or Anaplan model building.
• Strong experience in Anaplan model building, including hands-on development of complex models and multi-dimensional planning.
• Deep understanding of big data, data visualization, and computational thinking.
• Proficiency in data wrangling, preprocessing, and integrating data into scalable models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with the ability to support business planning and forecasting needs.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with machine learning, AI solutions, and predictive analytics.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and operations research.
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts and tools.
