Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to optimize customer data analysis and enhance cross-channel customer experiences. This role is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe CJA, data integration, analytics, and reporting to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This position requires a strong technical background in data querying, visualization, and cross-platform insights within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage data integration from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to ensure seamless data flow.
Analyze large datasets within CJA to extract actionable insights and enhance customer journeys.
Validate analytics tagging, data integrity, and reporting accuracy pre- and post-production.
Aggregate multiple digital data sources using Adobe Analytics to generate comprehensive cross-channel insights.
Utilize SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analytics to support decision-making.
Implement data governance best practices within the Adobe ecosystem to ensure compliance and security.
Stay updated with the latest Adobe CJA and AEP features, leveraging them to improve data processes.
Work closely with data analysts, marketers, and developers to align data insights with business goals.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Adobe CJA analytics and reporting best practices.
Document all processes, configurations, and updates related to data analytics and CJA frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong data integration, validation, and analytics skills within Adobe Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and reporting.
Ability to interpret and analyze large customer datasets to provide actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and insights generation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP).
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript for data manipulation.
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert certification (highly desirable).
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards within enterprise environments.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and managing Adobe CJA solutions in a professional setting.
