

11 Month ONSITE Contract Dynamics 365/Power Apps Specialist - Raleigh, NC
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365/Power Apps Specialist for an 11-month onsite contract opportunity based in Raleigh, NC. This role is crucial for supporting the DCDEE Smart Start Reporting System (SSRS) and various DCDEE applications, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and .NET Core.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide senior-level management, configuration, administration, and support for the SSRS application at NC DHHS, implemented using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Collaborate effectively with both mid and senior-level business executives and IT personnel to refine and execute program requirements.
• Plan, design, develop, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and applications.
• Create and modify views, entities, and reports within Dynamics, ensuring seamless transition from Development to Production environments.
• Develop and test PowerApps solutions, including Flows and Gateways, and publish them to Production.
• Manage and modify Dynamics Security Roles as needed to ensure optimal access control.
• Produce and publish Microsoft Power BI reports, while performing data analysis using Excel and other tools to support reporting needs.
• Engage with DIT and DHHS staff to address application-specific issues and ensure effective system integration with external applications as applicable.
• Ensure production access to resources, including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365, through proper management of integrations.
• Export solutions from Development environments as managed and import them into UAT and Production environments.
Required Skills
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, including proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM Best Practices, Workflow configurations, Business Process Flows, and related entities/tables.
• Advanced skills in system administration, troubleshooting, and business process modeling within the Microsoft Dynamics framework.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in analysis, design, programming, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in business application development, system administration, and advanced technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
