

Sr. Data Engineer
Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical logistics industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Analytics team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Understand, prepare, process, and analyze data to support operational decision-making.
• Partner with Business Analysis and Analytics teams to resolve system issues effectively.
• Develop and support standard processes for data harvesting and blending.
• Utilize SQL and Python scripts for data exploration and transformation.
• Execute system implementations to ensure success and minimize risks.
What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Overall, 3 to 6 years of experience with like SQL, PL-SQL, Python/PySpark, Data analytics tool Alteryx / Tableau (good to have).
• 1+ years of experience with Palantir platform (good to have)
• 2+ Years of Experience in JAVA and Spring boot. (good to have)
• Knowledge of different open-source products/services related to Integration, Messaging, or API management technologies.
• 1+ years of Cloud experience (PaaS)
• Knowledge of Code, Configuration and Build management tools such as GIT, Concourse, Ansible and Jenkins is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of software development processes and supporting tools
• Operating Systems: Windows and Linux
