Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Developer to join our team. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions to enhance functionality, user experience, and compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and content management and will be responsible for creating tailored solutions that streamline processes and improve user engagement.

Responsibilities:

   • Develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, sites, and applications using SharePoint Online.

   • Utilize SharePoint Framework, PowerApps, and Power Automate to build dynamic solutions tailored to organizational needs.

   • Customize SharePoint sites and pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CAML to improve functionality and user experience.

   • Develop and maintain branding and UI/UX standards for SharePoint sites to ensure a cohesive, user-friendly interface.

   • Design custom site layouts and ensure visual consistency across SharePoint pages.

   • Develop and implement content management strategies, including document libraries, lists, and metadata, to organize and manage digital assets effectively.

   • Set up BCS and manage external/internal content types to streamline content integration and retrieval.

   • Manage site security, permissions, and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

   • Oversee search configurations and settings to enable efficient data retrieval and compliance.

   • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SharePoint solutions.

   • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, including performance tuning and debugging to maintain site stability.

Requirements:

   • Minimum 5 Years of Experience with:

   • SharePoint Online architecture, administration, development, and customization.

   • Workflow/forms development with a strong understanding of Business Connectivity Services (BCS) and external/internal content types.

   • PowerApps, Power Automate, and other SharePoint Online tools.

   • Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CAML.

   • Strong knowledge of SPO (SharePoint Online) architecture and the ability to create custom solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Preferred Skills:

   • Experience with managing complex SharePoint site collections, configuring search, and integrating with other applications.

   • Strong understanding of SharePoint site security, permissions management, and compliance requirements.
