About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Controller – TAM, this role plays a key part in establishing and embedding a new financial division in the region. You’ll be responsible for financial reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Note: Please note this is a 9-month full-time fixed-term contract role.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based financial reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and optimize financial processes.
• Support the global Record-to-Report (RTR) process, including general ledger reporting and reconciliations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using automation, analytics, and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance in financial reporting and governance.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, troubleshoot issues, and support audits or special projects.
About you
You’re a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in FMCG or global organization.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with a focus on automation, data modelling, and visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on process clarity and improvement.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa office. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
