Utilize Informatica and SQL for ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.

Oversee the development of database structures that optimize performance and scalability.
Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with project management teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery timelines and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Proven experience in data management roles, with a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing complex analyses.
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica or similar platforms.
Experience in database design principles and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and patterns effectively.
Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.
