Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Business Strategy
Define and drive AI adoption strategies using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Identify opportunities for AI to optimize business processes (e.g., customer service automation, sales forecasting).
Align AI initiatives with business goals, KPIs, and ROI expectations.
- AI-Enabled Power Platform Solutions
Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
Use AI Builder and Copilot AI to integrate machine learning models into low-code/no-code applications.
Implement Power BI for AI-driven analytics and reporting.
- Data-Driven Insights & AI Governance
Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with Dataverse, Azure AI, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and external data sources.
Oversee data governance, security, and compliance using Microsoft Purview and Azure policies.
Define ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI practices within Power Platform solutions.
- Process Optimization & Automation
Identify key business processes for AI-driven automation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in Power Automate.
Implement intelligent document processing, chatbots, and predictive analytics in business operations.
Enhance customer engagement through AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents.
- Stakeholder & Change Management
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to drive AI adoption.
Conduct training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth AI integration.
Work closely with solution architects and developers to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.83/hour - $60.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
