

Digital Commerce Analyst
Salary: $40.00 to $55.00 hourly
Description
We are in search of a Digital Commerce Analyst to become part of our Scientific Instrument Manufacturing team located in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The role involves managing our enterprise web analytics platforms, developing insightful KPIs dashboards reports, and analyses to enhance our digital channels' performance. The ultimate aim is to deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and boost ecommerce performance.
Responsibilities
• Manage the technical aspects of web analytics platforms to understand visitor behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and drive traffic conversions and revenue, including ongoing platform configuration, tagging ops tool integrations, etc.
• Extract and analyze web analytics and business performance metrics from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through continuous monitoring and auditing.
• Develop scalable and innovative methods for data extraction, analysis, and visualization to automate processes and drive insights.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers, IT, and business teams to measure and optimize content, new features, and capabilities.
• Handle the analytics request intake process, including communication, documentation, and project management as required.
• Partner with Product Management and User Experience teams to improve site capabilities by combining analytics insights with Voice of Customer and session replay capabilities.
• Present actionable insights to digital product teams, IT, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to a growing knowledge base of insights, best practices, and evergreen processes, and cross-train teams on analytics tools and approaches.
• Enable stakeholders to leverage analytics for identifying sales and service opportunities and new business development.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing reports and documents
• Experience with database management and queries
• Project management experience, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion
• Supervisory skills to lead and manage a team
• Ability to create compelling presentations
• Experience in auditing practices to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Understanding of revenue accounting procedures
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating dynamic presentations
• Willingness to travel as needed for business
• Experience in metric reporting and optimization
• Strong data analysis skills to draw insights from sales data
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of various research methods for data collection
• Experience in integration of various data sources for comprehensive analysis
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
