DevOps Engineer Level 2
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevOps Engineer Level 2 in Cincinnati, OH. Summary: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is comfortable with automating and maintaining cloud infrastructures. Our mission is to architect redundant, resilient, scalable, self-sustaining, and self-healing infrastructure. We utilize variety of tools for infrastructure scaling and automation with the close supervision of our DevOps specialists and their organizational discipline. The ideal candidate will have superb troubleshooting skills, passion for automating everything, and a sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Planning
• Assist with Buying and Forecasting DevOps
• Assist with Infrastructure Activates
• Utilize infrastructure code for the configuration of management tools such as Terraform
Requirements
• Experienced in continuous integration and deployment utilizing automation tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins
• Experience with container orchestration tools, including Kubernetes and Docker
• Having a strong understanding of programming languages, Databricks is beneficial
• Proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure
• Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Jenkins
• Possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
• Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams on various initiatives
• Prepared to embrace new challenges and motivated to acquire additional skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
