Data Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a –“Data Analyst I” for a Contract position with a client located Chicago, IL.
Pay Range: $50-$55/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.).
About the Role
This role is instrumental in supporting the Global Ethics & Compliance Programs team by executing various processes and conducting thorough analyses related to key areas of focus.
You’ll work closely with three E&C managers based in the US and with a large team thats located around the world, by:
Generating and updating comprehensive reports that cover various aspects of the ethics and compliance program.
Actively managing the administration of training tickets, including facilitating requests and ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
Overall, this role plays a vital part in fostering a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization, ensuring that all processes related to training, reporting, and risk management are executed with precision and care.
About the Team:
The Ethics & Compliance Programs team handles the programmatic aspects of the Corporate Compliance and Legal areas including making sure policies and processes are clearly communicated and easily understood.
The team builds training, communications and awareness efforts to help employees across the company know and understand the rules.
What You’ll Do:
- Training audience support (including ticket administration and maintenance).
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards related (but not limited) to:
- Training programs
- Risk Assessments
- Policy Management
- Employee Disclosures
- Donating & Sponsoring
- Other relevant E&C topics
- Automating diverse manual tasks
- Supporting training gamification, design and implementation.
Basic Qualifications:
The expected set of skills for the position are:
- Report Design
- Data profiling/analytics/QA
- Data Visualization (Especially Looker Studio)
- Effective Communication
- Time management
- Willingness to pitch in on additional non-data related tasks, as needed
And being proficient in:
- G-suite - slides, sheets (advanced)
- Google Looker Studio
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google App Script
- JavaScript
- JIRA ticket handling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Program management (a super big plus)
- Python
- SQL
- ServiceNow
- LMS Administration
