About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior MongoDB Engineer.
In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining the client’s robust and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating and optimizing infrastructure and platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including cluster configuration, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Familiarity with MongoDB Architecture and other cloud-based MongoDB solutions.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

Programming Skills:

Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) for automation.
Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.

DevOps and Automation:

Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

Monitoring & Logging:

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

8+ years of experience in DB Administration & SRE.

Other Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
