Python Developer, Leadership Potential
We have been retained by our growing client in north Dallas needing to hire a seasoned Python developer, on a contract to hire basis, who might lead a small team. This healthcare industry client is involved in providing innovative solutions to hospitals or healthcare providers to help them navigate the sometimes complex labyrinth of processing claims. We are seeking a motivated Python developer with an affinity for working with Python web frameworks that help developers build web applications quickly and efficiently. The backend is SQL/Azure. This is a CRM app being built with python and django, javascript, bootstrap, HTML, CSS. This innovative CRM app will perform insurance claims processing, tasks and notes, keeping all the internal dealings with external hospitals (customers) and healthcare providers (customers) very organized, in-line and keeping things happening on time.
We need a strong python developer with skills or an affinity for django to help build this innovative CRM. Preference is someone with the capability to lead, who is seeking a chance to step up and lead three (3) fairly young Python engineers.

Employment Type: contract to hire
M-F, 40 hours per week, onsite North Dallas client offices.
Hourly Rate: $60.00 to $75.00 / hour w-2 employment
the direct hire offer after the contract, if selected, is medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 3-weeks paid time off a year. budget flexible, but $125,000/year salary is preferred level
