Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with over 10 years of experience in application system design, development, and implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent contributor with expertise in custom plugin development and Power Platform technologies to design and implement automation solutions across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using Power Platform, focusing on Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Develop custom plugins in Dataverse to enhance functionality and support business processes.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Power Automate to integrate with various systems, such as SharePoint and Office 365.
• Create reusable components and configure environments, ensuring compliance with security and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Develop solutions in alignment with governance standards, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting issues related to limits, delegation, nested galleries, and more.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and recommend the best course of action for application design and development.
• Prepare detailed design documents, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
