We are looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement collaboration solutions using low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI) and Kahua Federal Network SaaS. This fully remote role is perfect for a motivated candidate ready to take ownership of automating workflows and optimizing processes.

U.S. citizenship required. No C2C or 3rd Party engagements allowed.

This is a long-term contract for a 7-year engagement with FEMA, extended by 1-year increments.

What You'll Do:
• Design and implement workflow solutions using tools like Power Platform and kBuilder (Kahua).
• Lead systems analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for new and existing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and system roadmaps.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure reliable performance.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience with workflow platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and/or Kahua Federal Network SaaS.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (NIST 800-171, CMMC framework) and data security best practices.
• Skills in application configuration, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:
• Accredited degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with system analysis, application development, and process automation.
• Familiarity with engineering or construction workflow processes is a plus.
